Enough far to stay isolated and at the same time enough close to visit just with one hour boat ride. The island of Susak is well known and most likely trip destination because of its nature and etnographic culture.


Susak or how it is often called Sand Island is an island of oregano and it is made of vapnenic base covered with high  naslage of sand ( over 100 m high). On that specific island grows green grass, trstika and vineyards. Susak's islanders still prefer to continue their unique traditions and cultures, dances and songs.
